The start of our series of firewood processors starts with the 14-24. It is standard 26.5 HP Kohler EFI, optional diesel upgrade. The 14-24 is capable of producing from 1 to 3 full cords of firewood per hour. The 14-24 will process up to 18-inch diameter logs. This machine comes standard with a 2-strand live log deck, that can convert into a log lift.  The integrated 12-foot hydraulic operated chain conveyor allows you to easily load firewood into a trailer or truck box. Hydraulic lever-type controls operate the saw, clamp, and log lift.

Second up in our commercial line is the 16-24 Firewood Processor. This is the BIGGEST little machine on the market. This machine is big enough for a firewood business but economical enough for homeowners. This machine comes standard with a 38HP Kohler EFI gas engine, it’s one of the most powerful processors in its class. The 16-24 is capable of producing from 2 to 3.5 cords per hour and will process up to 18-inch diameter logs.

The 16-24 comes standard with a 3-strand live deck that converts into a log lift and is easily hydraulically lowered and raised. The integrated 12-foot hydraulic operated chain conveyor allows you to easily load firewood into a trailer or truck box. The hydraulic saw bar, log clamp, live deck, log in-feed, and conveyor are all located on a dash for easy use. The 18-24 Diesel comes standard with 56HP Kohler Tier 4 turbo diesel engine and 99 gallons per minute triple hydraulic pump. This makes it a great choice for the firewood producer who needs production day in and day out. The 18-24 Diesel is one of the fastest processors in its class, producing from 2.5 to 5 cords per hour and cutting up to 24-Inch diameter wood.  The 18-24 Diesel comes standard with a 4-strand live log deck that is easily raised and lowered hydraulically with a lever on the operator control panel.

BruteForce has a "Big Wood" machine series known as the 24 Series.  It is a high-production firewood processor and is built to handle logs up to 30-inches in diameter.  You can choose from a 24-inch splitter cylinder or upgrade to a 30-inch splitter cylinder, both come with an 99 gallons-per-minute hydraulic triple pump.  Either one makes a great choice for big and gnarly firewood.  This big wood processor is heavy-duty built and can handle al the hard rigors of commercial firewood production.

The CS has a standard 48″ circle saw, 134 HP Kohler Tier 4 turbo diesel engine and 99 GPM triple hydraulic pump. The CS is a great value for a heavy built circle saw processor.
