  • The 16-24 Diesel is a mid-sized commercial firewood processor with a 56HP Hatz diesel engine and a 3-stage pump that allows the process to output up to 2 cords per hour. The industrial wood processor is capable of processing logs as wide as 24" in diameter and in excess of 32' in length with cycle times low as 5 seconds.
  • The 16-24 Diesel can be equipped with a 12' long integrated conveyor, which enables operators to easily load cut and split firewood into a truckbed or trailer for transportation. The integrated conveyor uses a hydraulic lift to raise and lower the conveyor, so setting up the firewood processor with a conveyor is simple and not labor-intensive. Unlike other log processors on the market, this log processor with conveyor folds over the center of the firewood processing machine to ensure secure travel.
  • The 16-24 Diesel comes standard with a 6' by 12' 3-strand live deck that uses driven roller chains to move logs in excess of 32' in length onto the feed trough. For transportation, the live deck can be raised via a hydraulic lift cylinder and stored upright using the stow bar.
  • The BruteForce USA 16-24 wood processor offers commercial-grade power and speed but weighs in only at 5,500 pounds. The portable firewood processor can be towed by any half-ton truck, so you can take the 16-24 Diesel to the job site. 
  • The affordable commercial firewood processor is equipped with a 5” hydraulic cylinder, which offers greater splitting force to bust gnarly logs.
  • The 16-24 Diesel’s push block cylinder receives a pump flow of 22 GPM, the saw and hydraulic wedge lift receive 18 GPM, and the auxiliary functions - like the optional conveyor - receive 2.6 GPM.
  • The commercial wood processor with a conveyor is equipped with dual large 30-gallon hydraulic tanks to maintain optimal oil temperature while operating for hours at a time.

Easy Wedge Adjustments

With the 16-24 Diesel firewood processor's hydraulic wedge lift operators can raise and lower their 4 or 6-Way Wedge from the operator's panel. This function eliminates the need for operators to manually change the wedge height or change out the wedge altogether.

Plus, operators can move the wedge out of the way when reaching into the splitting chamber in order to handle logs.

Hydraulic 3-Strand Live Deck

The 16-24 Diesel has a 6' long by 12' wide 3-stand live deck with a full roller chain, idler, and driven sprockets, so it can guide monster logs onto the 16’ long feed trough with ease. Approximately 2 face cords can rest on the live deck of the mid-sized firewood processor.

The live deck can be raised and lowered using a hydraulic lift cylinder, as well as stored for transportation using the stow bar.

Cut While You Split

Because of the multiple pumps on the 16-24 Diesel, operators can feed and cut a log while driving the push block to split cut logs.

22 GPM flows to the push block cylinder, 18 GPM flows to the saw and wedge lift, and 2.6 GPM flows to the auxiliary functions of the mid-sized wood processor.
